    I forgot to write in the post that I usually dice up old bananas and then freeze them. They're much sweeter than the yellow ones, and make a delicious ice cream, or pancakes, or smoothie. :)

    I've used overripe bananas for something similar to pancakes and it was awesome. Thanks for the ice-cream recipe
