Spot on!

Funny enough, I realized this after writing my post. It makes a lot more sense than the perfectionist explanation. Although there seemed to be plenty of places where I could have sat down. The plane didn't lift off indeed and if it did, it was without me and outside of my vision/ hearing.

Like you write here, I too realized that the dream tells me to stay where I am, which is fine - in a way - as my future house is just upon the hill from here ;<)
