The bulgur is a good taste I love to eat more than rice but it's expensive more than rice too. Thank you for your kind words.
I'll try to remember that. Ex colleagues of mine also make fried rice from bulgur.
Oh, I have never made fried bulgur, maybe it’s delicious!
