How An All Natural, Holistic Approach Healed My Sick Cat.

Hello guys!

This is an AMAZING story of Holistic healing. Let me tell you exactly what happened.

A few weeks ago one of my cats, Marco Pierre White got very ill. Within the space of a couple of days he went from perfectly healthy, to seeming quiet and a little down, to drooling, mouth chattering and not eating.

Researching the symptoms suggested it was quite likely to be stomatitis. Gum inflammation and or tooth pain.

He is a young cat in the prime of his life, just over three years old so I didn't feel his teeth should be in a poor state. He has never been ill before, always healthy with beautiful healthy fur and a good weight.

After two days of him not eating or drinking I was desperate for answers. Regular cat doctors seemed to prescribe antibiotics and possible tooth extraction. I even read some extreme posts from cat owners who said their vets had extracted numerous or ALL of their teeth ( which sounded highly alarming and not to mention highly costly financially! )

I am never a fan of antibiotics if there is a possible natural alternative so I kept searching. On asking AI for an opinion it only steered me towards a regular vet and regular medicine - when I queried a natural medicine approach it warned against anything other than an immediate visit to the vet otherwise my cat may DIE.

I kept searching. I found an article where a Holistic Healer was talking about holistic healing for cats. She stated than many health issues came from poor immune that was linked to a less than ideal diet. She stated cats are carnivorous first and foremost and therefore their diet should always have a good proportion of RAW meat.

My cats are pretty good hunters, living in a rural setting with rats , mice, rabbits etc always around but because I provide biscuits and tinned fish they don't always go hunting. It seems to go in spurts in fact , every so often there will be a spurt of rabbit hunting - then nothing that I notice for weeks on end. So I can't say that raw meat is a daily part of their diet.

Marco, my sick cat was not eating anything. Drooling badly and chattering noises from his mouth. So I immediately bought a big bag of ground beef. It was soft, needing almost no chewing and had a good mix of meat and fat in it. The instant I put it in front of him he started eating. It was such a relief to see him eat after two days of nothing - no food or water!

After three days of eating the ground beef - as often as I could get him to, he was showing real signs of recovery. After five days he was completely recovered and even started crunching on his biscuits again. He is fully recovered now and as healthy as ever! No vet, no antibiotics that just suppress symptoms, no fuss or stress for my cat and no costly bills to pay.

I was utterly overjoyed! And excited and grateful and amazed at the power of healing naturally just through eating an optimal diet. THANK YOU UNIVERSE 🙏

So what have I learned? A healthy natural diet is the most important thing for people and animals alike. Although I was giving my cat fish regularly, it was cooked. Cats are naturally designed to eat RAW meat, not cooked meat.

I will certainly make sure from now on to always give my cats raw meat or raw fish rather than cooked.

I was overjoyed to see my cat heal naturally and SO QUICKLY just through changing up his food like this. I have since seen other stories from people talking about curing various illnesses in their cats and dogs with the same approach.

Processed animal food is as unhealthy as processed human food. I wouldn't eat it myself and I would not give it to my animals either. But I was making the mistake of giving cooked fish rather than raw fish or meat so I have learned an important lesson here.

Good quality raw unprocessed food is our primary natural medicine, for us, our animals and all living things. This is natures gift to us as the universe intended.

Wishing you good health and happiness,

for you and your fluffy friends.

Making a proper research and giving them the right foods is a must when it comes to our pets. They are a family so they deserve that. Although I am saying this but we are really not as a good owner like you. We really need this apply to ourselves too ( ꈍᴗꈍ). Anyway, i'm so happy for the recovery of your baby cat ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

Thanks for your kind thoughtful comment. It was such a huge relief when he healed so quickly and completely! It is the worst when our animals are unwell.

I used to feed my cat raw as well. They were 10 and 15 years old when I gave them to a friend to go travelling. it broke my heart that he wouldn't feed them the same. They were never taken to the vet and were really fat in a good way.

Great story of recovery. I believe in natural healing whenever possible. Bravo to you and best wishes.

Hey Carolyn,
that's so cool to hear your cats thrived on a raw diet too. You did the very best for them. Shame their next carer wouldn't keep it up but you gave them the best start possible. Thanks for your positivity, I appreciate it.

Sally, I'm so happy your furbaby is doing so much better. I too feel like you do and try my best to give our cat and dog the best nutrition. I make homemade treats for them, and all my animals live to a ripe old age. Happy New Year!

Thanks for your kind words. Oh those homemade treats sound good. Best nutrition is definitely the key to longevity. Happy New Year xxx
