Next I will make an article about the benefits of ginger and how to make it? Incidentally, I am not feeling well, so I wrote an article on ginger, ginger is divided into 2 variants, yellow ginger and red ginger, this ginger drink is a medicine for our health and at the same time a body warmer.

You have to preserve this traditional drink, it is said that this drink originated from South Asia which was made by our ancestors from time to time so those of you who want your stomach is always warm or want to diet can also use this ginger drink, you can drink it 2 times a day.

This drink is the result of spices which are transformed into many benefits for the health of our bodies.

-It could be due to nausea due to being pregnant
-Can to treat blood pressure and heart
-weight

That's the benefit I know from yellow or red ginger, for how to make it it's really easy

You have to wash the ginger first, then you crush the ginger, you can add brown sugar, white sugar or honey then you give hot water to make ginger drink.

This ginger wedge is delicious to drink when it's still warm so don't wait until it's cold, because it's not good when it's cold.
To plant this ginger itself, it is very easy, like planting flowers, to grow it too fast, so you can grow this ginger in your own home.

Traditional medicine which is certainly very effective for a healthy body also costs very little, everyone definitely doesn't want to get sick because I always have allergies to dust, cold and sometimes hot allergies it can get a cold I'm really sensitive so I often get colds but I always make wedang ginger so that the body feels fresh and naturally healthy.

I made this because I was not feeling well anymore I had a sore throat and body felt hot so I decided to make this ginger drink, it turned out that after I drank it I felt better and my body was sweating.
