Spinach and Tofu :: Palak Paneer Made VEGAN

Hello Friends,

Welcome to the blog of amazing dishes, today I have switched an Authentic Indian Dish ingredients to a vegan dish.
Indians' love Cottage cheese(paneer), and we have made a lot of dishes of the same.

Palak Paneer is one of them, Now, today Instead of Paneer(Cottage Cheese), I have used Tofu. As we all know that tofu cheese has its proven nutritional benefits and the dish is made of Palak(Spinach). The dish consist of Tofu cubes and fresh Spinach leaves boiled and mixed to form a smooth paste, which then is mixed with fresh tomato puree and cooked with spices and herbs. So, without wasting any more time let's get onto this.

Looks delicious. We often use tempeh in place of paneer when we make this dish. You should share your spice list and amounts because Indian food isn't something people from many countries are familiar with. It would help those trying to recreate this dish.

I love palak paneer and often do it with tofu. I sometimes add some coconut milk for a bit of a creamier taste too which is nice. Thanks for sharing.

The photos are very good, and the explanation too, but do you know what would be great? That you open the focus of the photos a little more to better contemplate the preparation scene. Greetings.
