To get this hot little peace we drink lemonade. Lemon juice relieves fatigue in our body. Meets the body's water needs. This summer we drink more lemonade. We know that there are benefits to lemonade but not many people drink lemonade. The reason is that they do not know how much quality of lemonade. So today I will discuss with you the recipe for making lemonade and its qualities. I hope you like it.

  • Lemons are a source of vitamin C. A storehouse of vitamin C. Vitamin C is rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants do a lot to fill the body's deficiencies. In addition, lemons contain a variety of nutrients. Vitamin C helps increase the body's resistance to disease.

  • Vitamin-C works very well in cutting and drying the body. Which is abundant in lemons. So when any part of the body is cut or sore, you need to eat a lot of lemon. Playing lemon dries the wound of the body quickly.

  • Lemon contains pectin fiber which is dissolved without food softens our mind and works very well to clear the stool. Due to the presence of pectin fiber, it acts as an antibacterial.

  • Eliminates body roughness. When the body becomes tired. Then after drinking a glass of lemon juice, the body becomes cold. The body feels very fresh. Lemon is an ingredient that keeps the body's PSP levels in balance.

  • Lemon juice enhances our digestion. Drinking lemonade helps our digestion a lot. Indigestion is reduced. What we eat is digested quickly. There is no shortage of digestion. Digestion works very well.

  • Burning of the body is reduced by drinking lemon juice. It is often seen that our body burns. Then if you drink a glass of lemon juice, the inflammation in the body will be reduced.

  • Drinking lemon juice or sherbet makes the skin feel better. If there is any kind of scar on the skin, it is reduced. Many times people take care of their skin with lemon juice.

First you have to wash the lemon nicely with water and cut it with a sharp knife so that the lemon juice can be squeezed out easily.

Then you have to take a pot and squeeze the lemon slices with your hands and take out the juice.

Then add salt and water. Then stir with a nice clean spoon. Syrup can be made only with lemon juice and water. Some people make sherbet by mixing salt or sugar with lemon juice. However, it is better not to use sugar. It is better to make lemon juice with the same amount of salt. If you just make sherbet with water and lemon juice, the quality of lemon remains intact.
