Yesterday the wind was so excessive that it affect my banana tree it falls and the banana has not yet ripe and I don't want it to spoil.
I thought of turning it to plaintain flour. I cut it and slice it into pieces and dry it and later I will grind it.
Did you manage to dry and grind it?
