Processed and ultra-processed foods smell, taste, and look like food, but they are not! This type of product is nothing but a synthetic chemical formula that fools your taste buds, but it cannot fool your body, which absorbs every ounce of preservative, dye, and all sorts of genetically engineered crap, and you might even believe that it isn' so important or not that bad...

Let's do a curious experiment and see how much our body is sensitive to changes and before that we'll understand what a genetically modified food is using an example of soy, considering that soy is present in almost everything we buy on the market.

Soybean Oil Label

Ingredients: Soybean vegetable oil (genetically modified from agrobacterium sp) and antioxidants: citric acid and TBHQ

To increase the resistance of soybeans to “pests and diseases”, producers modify the plant, and one of the modifications is to cross plant genes (plant kingdom) with genes from a bacterium (monera kingdom) now think! If the supreme intelligence of nature separated the kingdoms who are we to bring them together without consequences?

After this reflection, let's experiment!

Sit with your palms on your knees, relax and take a few deep breaths paying close attention to your breathing.

Inhale and exhale with your palms up and inhale and exhale with your palms facing down.

Interesting don't you think?! If you pay attention, you will notice that the simple position of your hands alters your breathing. And if a simple movement alters your respiratory system, imagine what toxins ingested daily can do!

When I talk to people about this subject they tend to get annoyed, and they say, "I've been eating processed food all my life and I'm great." The problem is that people confuse “not being sick” with “being healthy”, and understanding this difference is complicated because most people have never experienced being healthy and believe that the best thing they can do is not be sick.

Have you ever wondered what you would be able to do if your body worked as it should and not just enough for you to be alive? Finish the work you do in 8 hours in 4 hours?

Being happy and in good spirits 10 times more than you are now? Well, there's only one way to know, and that's experiencing being healthy... I suggest you start with food and meditation and the rest happens all by itself.

Most people get excited when there is bacon and noodles on the menu, foods with these two ingredients are usually delicious! And when we think about eating delicious vegetables?

The first thought that comes is French fries or crispy cauliflower with lots of cheese, that is, turning vegetables into a reason to eat more processed and ultra-processed foods like yellow cheese and sausage .

I'm going to introduce you to some ways to eat delicious vegetables using only natural ingredients.

Because healthy food can be wonderful!

Can start eating zucchini! Take a look at this salad with only thinly sliced zucchini seasoned with olive oil, lemon salt, and pepper.

This innocent salad has great detox power, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties and on top of all, it's delicious. You can even add avocado slices that have fats that will “lubricate” your brain and make it work better.

Or zucchini with other vegetables, in this version I added tomato slices, pepper, onion, and eggplant seasoned with salt, rosemary, garlic, pepper, basil, and lemon juice.

I organized everything neatly together on a baking sheet, baked it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, and voilà food that will give me pleasure during and after eating.
