You are so right! Girls are constantly taught that if they want to be skinny they don't have to eat, and that it is impossible to have a natural body by eating foods in healthy quantities.
It is necessary that we teach people that following a healthy diet and lifestyle is the key to being happy and having the "perfect" body, which will always be different for every person as our genetics will never be the same.
Balance, self-love and consciousness are the keys to being healthy and confident in our own skin.
I'm still naturally very slim at age almost 57, despite eating like a horse. LOL. I am sooooo tired of being told I should eat more so I can make all the overweight people around me feel a bit happier. LOL. Your post was seriously refreshing.

Ahh I feel you so much! Haha! I am tired of everyone asking me whether I am okay and eating well. People can't seem to accept the fact that there are many different types of body shapes and that each constitution is different😅😂
