(Alkaline)vs (acidic) STAY HEALTHY PH 7.2-7.4

As humans our body is slightly alkaline but so much of the world loves to eat acidic foods. I wonder why this is the case because too much acidic food can cause some real life threatening results, even though the body has this fantastic ability to rebalance our PH levels when needed.

Dangers of too much acidic foods/drinks

One of the dangers of having too much acid in my stomach is that it could damage my stomach lining. emotional disturbances is also another side effect of this issue. Have you ever had a burning feeling in your chest after eating you may need to ask yourself if you have been eating too much acidic foods because this a one of the symptoms. Having to much acidic foods and drinks like fizzy drink which are packed with sugar can effect our teeth and I've seen people who have drunk way too much soda the results are not attractive at all to say the least.One thing I learnt is that if I' under stress it can release more stomach acid than my body actually needs so keeping my stress level down is important.

Meat ,fish, Coca-Cola, chips (fries), burgers, hotdogs, crisps and many more international foods that the world loves are high in acid. We need to become more aware of this stuff. Hot chocolate, pancakes, table sugar , refined vegetable oils. bread , pasta , cheese are also acidic this is basically what's in everyone's kitchen!!!!

Most fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts and grains are alkaline .Even the ones which are acidic like lemon oranges or apples and watermelons have the ability to turn alkaline when consumed.

Now too much alkaline in our body is also harmful but as we are naturally more alkaline than we are acidic I believe we are suppose to consume more alkaline foods than acidic, I mean look at the list of acidic foods compared to the alkaline foods and it's clear to see that mother nature sides with the alkaline diet most of the acidic foods in the paragraph are man made and obviously unhealthy.
