Esta planta es fácil de localizar y se cultiva en cualquier parte, osea, que la podemos tener en el patio de la casa. Se puede mezclar con nuestras ensaladas también ya que no tiene un sabor fuerte y su olor es agradable. Aquí les dejo el procedimiento que es muy sencillo.

Necesitaremos:
- Aproximadamente 150 gramos de lochita.
- Un limón.
- Un retazo de tela.
- Un mazo o piedra para triturar.
We will need:
- Approximately 150 grams of lochita.
- A lemon.
- A piece of cloth.
- A mallet or stone to crush.
Procedimiento:
- En el retazo de tela colocaremos los 150 gramos de lochita.
- Con el mazo o piedra golpearemos hasta triturar bien.
- Exprimir el zumo en una taza.
- Agregar medio limón y tomar.
- Repetir este procedimiento todos los días por 1 mes.
Procedure:
- In the piece of cloth we will place the 150 grams of lochita.
- With the mallet or stone we will hit until crushing well.
- Squeeze the juice into a cup.
- Add half a lemon and drink.
- Repeat this procedure every day for 1 month.
