Quiero decirle que cada vez que cosecho maíz jojoto, también aparto las barba, ya que es muy importante para tratar los problemas renales, y mejora la salud.

La preparación es sencilla, solo que después de seleccionar las barbas de maíz. Hay que lavarla bien un kilo de barba, y unas conchitas de mandarina, y se echa 2 litros de agua en una hoya, y se hierbe asta que reduzca a litro y medio. Más tarde se cuela, y cuando esté fría se le agrega media cucharadita de carbonato, y listo.
