Hello to the entire natural medicine community, I come to share a little of my keto / low carb diet that is giving me such good health.
Today, after 15 hours fasting, since my body did not really ask me for food. I decided to break the fast with 4 eggs and a little cheese with olive oil, salt and pepper. Very rich and the best, it does not generate a glucose peak which later goes down, produces more hunger and sleep. As do carbohydrates and sugars.

Hola a toda la comunidad de medicina natural, les vengo a compartir un poco de mi alimentacion keto/low carb que tan buena salud me esta brindando. Hoy, despues de estar 15hs en ayunas, ya que mi cuerpo no me pedia comida realmente. Decidi romper el ayuno con 4 huevos y un poco de queso con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Muuuy rico y lo mejor, no te genera un pico de glucosa el cual despues baja, produce mas hambre y sueño. Como lo hacen los carbohidratos y azucares.

Half an hour later I was still hungry so I ate this portion of "keto tiramisu" without sugar and made with coconut flour. Who would have thought that something like that is healthy? well, most of them don't. But since it does not contain ingredients of origin of wheat, oats, barley, rye or corn, besides it does not contain sugar. It is a completely healthy option and made by my own hands. On top I added nuts because I love them

Media hora despues seguia con hambre asi que comi esta porcion de "tiramisu keto" sin azucar y hecha con harina de coco. ¿Quién iba a pensar que algo asi es saludable? bueno la mayoria no. Pero como no contiene ingredientes de origen de trigo, avena,cebada, centeno ni maiz, ademas de que no contiene azucar. Es una opcion completamente saludable y hecha por mis propias manos. Por encima le agregue frutos secos porque los amo

Closer to night, I was very hungry so I prepared enough food to achieve a 24-hour fast and be able to go tomorrow to play basketball on an empty stomach, since being on an empty stomach all the energy goes to the brain and my muscles. Therefore I will obtain greater performance during the day and greater sports performance. This allows me the high consumption of fats and proteins that generate greater satiety. In addition to eating everything I can to fill myself up, I incorporate a lot of nutritional density. Here I show you a "bread" made with 1 egg, 7 tablespoons of protein, salt, black pepper and oregano to taste, and olive oil.

Ya mas cerca de la noche, tenia mucha hambre asi que prepare suficiente comida como para lograr un ayuno de 24hs y poder ir mañana a jugar al basquet en ayunas, ya que al estar con el estomago vacio toda la energia va destinada al cerebro y a mis musculos. Por lo tanto obtendre mayor rendimiento durante el dia y mayor rendimiento deportivo. Esto me lo permite el consumo alto de grasas y proteinas que generan mayor saciedad. Ademas de que como todo lo que pueda hasta llenarme, incorporo mucha densidad nutricional. Aca les muestro un "pan" hecho con 1 huevo, 7 cucharadas de proteina, sal, pimienta negra y oregano a gusto, y aceite de oliva.

After cooking it in butter over low heat and covered in the pan, I made a sandwich with Serrano ham, grated cheese, cheddar cheese and 2 eggs also fried in butter. I do not use vegetable oil because it is very inflammatory and toxic due to all the processes involved in its preparation.

Luego de cocinarlo en manteca a fuego minimo y tapado en la sarten, me hice un sandwich con jamon serrano, queso rayado, queso cheddar y 2 huevos tambien freidos en manteca. No uso aceite vegetal porque es muy inflamatorio y toxico por todos los procesos que conllevan su elaboracion.

It was very tasty, but since this is not enough, I cooked a beef steak, hopefully all this will be enough fuel to make my day and to train.

Is the 7 tablespoons of protein in your "bread," whey protein powder? Like you might use in a smoothie?
I am allergic to most grains but I do eat some. I was exploring with a bunch of alternative "flour" like almond and flaxseed before I figured out all of my allergies at the doctor. So right now I can use white rice, quinoa, and coconut flours, and also regular white flour though that is technically cheating since I'm allergic to wheat, but in practice I only get a rash if I use whole wheat. 😅

Exactly, it is the same protein that I use for the smoothies, but when I add butter and egg, it remains with that consistency which I cook and it remains like bread. My advice is that if it doesn't hurt you then just use coconut, almond and flax flour. The rest are very bad for your intestines. I hope I have helped you, thanks for commenting!
