Hello community of Natural Medicine, how are you? Today I come to tell you about what I ate and how my day was with keto nutrition and 20 hours of fasting. The food that you see here, I ate it at around 6pm after a very productive day focused on my multiple projects, because the keto diet and fasting allow me not to worry about food until my body asks for it. Meanwhile I can focus a lot more on my activities and also with more performance since the energy that the body saves in processing food every 2 hours like most people. My body and liver generate energy through fat and send it to my brain producing constant great energy throughout the day. In tomorrow's post I am going to tell you what things can be consumed during the fast.
What you see in the photo are 3 eggs fried in butter, half an avocado with salt, pepper and olive oil, and a sandwich of Serrano ham and cheese, made with protein "bread". Which does not have any flour and less sugar, only has 7 tablespoons of protein (the amount depends on how much you weigh) olive oil, salt, pepper, grated cheese and 2 eggs. Then I cook it in a pan with more butter and it is incredible. And finally 2 beef steaks. I do not need more ! Tomorrow we will see what time I will be really hungry.

Hola comunidad de Medicina Natural, como estan? hoy les vengo a contar sobre lo que comi y como fue mi dia con alimentación keto y 20hs de ayunas. La comida que ven aca, la ingeri a eso de las 6pm después de un día muuuy productivo enfocado en mis múltiples proyectos, debido a que la alimentación keto y los ayunos me permiten no preocuparme por la comida hasta que mi cuerpo me lo pide. Mientras tanto puedo enfocarme muchisimo mas en mis actividades y ademas con mas rendimiento ya que la energía que se ahorra el cuerpo en estar procesando comida cada 2hs como la mayoría de las persona. Mi cuerpo e hígado genera energía a través de las grasas y la envía a mi cerebro produciendo una gran energía constante a lo largo del dia. En el post de mañana les voy a comentar que cosas si se pueden consumir durante el ayuno. Lo que ven en la foto son 3 huevos fritos en manteca, medio aguacate con sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva, y un sándwich de jamón serrano y queso, hecho con "pan" de proteina. El cual no lleva nada de harina y nada de azúcar, solamente lleva 7 cucharadas de proteína (la cantidad depende de cuanto peses) aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, queso rayado y 2 huevos. Luego lo cocino en un sarten con mas manteca y queda increible. Y por ultimo 2 churrascos de carne vacuna. No necesito mas ! mañana veremos a que hora tendré hambre verdadero.

Here you can see the app that I use to know the hours that I have fasted, although I do not look at how long I have been, I simply try to learn to listen to my body. When I am really hungry, or if it is thirsty, because it is very common to confuse one thing and the other. If you feel hungry, try to drink 1 or 2 glasses of water to see what happens and tell me.

Acá pueden ver la app que uso para saber las horas que llevo de ayunas, aunque no miro cuanto llevo, simplemente intento aprender a escuchar mi cuerpo. Cuando tengo hambre realmente, o si es sed, porque es muy comun confundir una cosa y la otra. Si sientes hambre intenta tomar 1 o 2 vasos de agua a ver que pasa y me cuentas.

And finally this is me after eating, as you can see, there is no intestinal inflammation. So I invite you to research ketogenic eating, I assure you that your life will improve. After this I went to train, maybe I should have eaten less, and then put in a dinner. But hey, I'm also learning and experimenting, for the next one I know what to improve.

Y finalmente este soy yo luego de comer, como ven, no hay nada de inflamación intestinal. Así que te invito a investigar sobre alimentación cetogénica, te aseguro que tu vida mejorara. Luego de esto me fui a entrenar, tal vez debí comer menos, y despues meter una cena. Pero bueno yo tambien estoy aprendiendo y experimentando, para la próxima ya se que mejorar.
