Coffee and Brain Therapy

I'm a coffee connoisseur, no day without coffee. I believe the Acehnese and Indonesian are very dependent on coffee. Even coffee is part of the community activity in my residence.

When grandfather was alive, he once said, coffee is not just to drink. The caffeine substance is excellent for the metabolism of human body. Even the aroma can be a brain therapy. Why can it?

I try to read-read the health articles, as in the release by lifestyle.kompas.com, mentioned caffeine can stimulate the central nervous system.

Cafestol and Kahweol are a natural oil of coffee both for the liver and protecting the body's cells. Then Trigonelline. The alkaloid compounds are instrumental in the processing of nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), preventing cavities, and inhibiting bacterial growth.

Apparently not wrong, my grandfather said coffee is good for brain therapy to stay healthy and normal. I recommend, let's consume coffee without sugar..
