In my tribe we call it "the 4 Ps juice", good to quickly lower cholesterol levels: Pepper, Cucumber (Pepino in Spanish) , Pineapple and Parsley. Combine to taste and blend.

En mi tribu lo llamamos "el jugo de las 4 P", bueno para reducir el colesterol rapidamente: Pimiento, Pepino, Piña y Perejil. Se combinan al gusto y se licuan.
