We make our own reality

According to the First Hermetic Principle, the Universe is Mental, meaning that it was created and exists only in the Mind of the All. Made as we are in the image of the All, we also have that creative power in our mind. What we think is immediately materialized, our world perfectly reflects the hue of our desires. Therefore, we're the authors of everything that happens to us, both the beautiful and sweet, and the terrible and painful.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. We're responsible for our reality whether we know it or not, accept it or not. As we explore our personal narratives and go deeper into our essence, this responsibility is revealed even greater still, and it's understandable for us to feel fear, to resist seeing beyond, because when we see, we can no longer unsee, and we realize that the System that we consider oppressive is merely responding to our desire to be oppressed, that those Tyrants that scourge our spirits and those Demons that torment our nights, are but aspects of ourselves, spots of Shadow in our being, that we refuse to study only to our detriment.

But there's a flip side to this coin, of course: we're also authors of our treasures, talents and alliances. All the angels and gods that walk with us, all the spaces of light which we access, each manifestation of Love and Joy in our path, are expression of the warmest and most beneficial within us, places in which we've already integrated our oppressors and extracted the teachings that were concealed by the horror. The Art is to always find balance between these narratives that we've built, taking the brush steadily and growing aware of the colors in our palette, of the possibility of the canvas; raising the baton in increasing comprehension of the instruments in our orchestra.

Gifted with the Divine Power, we're supreme makers of both the most dissonant and the most exalted moments in our life.

Hacemos nuestra propia realidad

Según el Primer Principio Hermético, el Universo es Mental, es decir, creado y existente solo en la Mente del Todo. Hechos como estamos a imagen y semejanza del Todo, también nosotros tenemos ese poder creativo en nuestra mente. Lo que pensamos se materializa inmediatamente, nuestro mundo refleja a la perfección el matiz de nuestros deseos. Somos, por ende, los autores de todo lo que nos ocurre, tanto lo hermoso y dulce como lo terrible y doloroso.

La ignorancia de la ley no justifica su incumplimiento. Somos responsables de nuestra realidad lo sepamos o no, lo aceptemos o no. A medida que exploramos nuestras narrativas personales y profundizamos en nuestra esencia, esta responsabilidad se revela cada vez mayor, y es comprensible que sintamos miedo, que no queramos ver más allá, pues cuando vemos, ya no podemos no ver, y nos damos cuenta de que ese Sistema que consideramos opresivo tan solo está respondiendo a nuestro deseo de ser oprimidos, de que esos Tiranos que nos azotan el espíritu y esos Demonios que atormentan nuestras noches, son sólo aspectos de nosotros, puntos de Sombra en nuestro ser, que rehusamos estudiar sólo en nuestro detrimento.

Pero hay otra cara de esta moneda, claro: somos también autores de todos nuestros tesoros, talentos y alianzas. Todos los ángeles y dioses que caminan con nosotros, todos los espacios de luz a los que accedemos, cada manifestación de Amor y Dicha en nuestro camino, son expresiones de lo más cálido y benéfico en nuestro interior, lugares en los que hemos ya integrado a nuestros opresores y hemos extraído la enseñanza que el horror opacaba. El Arte es siempre encontrar balance entre estas narrativas que nos hemos construido, tomar firmemente el pincel y hacernos conscientes de los colores en nuestra paleta, de la posibilidad del lienzo; levantar la batuta en creciente comprensión de los instrumentos de nuestra orquesta.

Dotados del Poder Divino, somos los hacedores supremos de los momentos más disonantes como los más exaltados de nuestra vida.
