The plant power weekly cooking challenge

Hi everyone,
This is a great community, through this we all can help each other in a lot of issues we are facing in our day to day live's, i am new to this community, hope to have a good bond with everyone.

My star ingredient which I choose is MANGO

Mango is a great fruit that is why it is known as the king of all the fruits, it is high in vitamins and minerals and also rich in antioxidants which has a lot of health benefits including cancer health which we all are aware how fast cancer is spreading. It is good for our immunity, our skin, hair. Basically you have plenty of health and beauty benefits in mangoes.

So my recipe is mango shake made with oats milk.
You get a lot of plant based milk in the market, so you can choose any of them or make it yourself at home.

Ingredients:
1 mango
1/2 glass milk (plant based preferably)
Some nuts and seeds
Sweetner ( choose natural if possible like jaggery, coconut sugar)

Just blend them all together.
