⠀⠀
Our mood is our happiness-thermometer.
It’s how we can effortlessly monitor our thoughts all day long. At any time, you can ask yourself ”how am I feeling right now?”
Even if the answer is 'sad,' that's still a good thing, because it means your 'happiness-thermometer' is working, and it's doing its best to guide you towards better thoughts, moods, and choices.
Your mood will tell you what kinds of thoughts you’ve been having because every thought affects your mood. Your dream life is ‘locked’ behind your beliefs & moods. We can’t have our dream life without focusing on being happy as much as possible in each moment.
Each day we awaken a ‘blank slate.’
We start fresh from the day before. In that first waking moment, we’re ‘neutral’ in mood and ‘empty’ of thought. We get to choose our first mood when we wake and this sets the tone for the whole day.
@ryzeonline taught me to choose my feelings in the morning and to start my day with a gratitude list and meditation. I think it's one of the most important things he's taught me (I mean the list is so long and they're all important actually lol) but this practice every morning has seriously helped me to focus, grow, be better, and manifest easier.
Jay is constantly asking himself how he's feeling and now that I do it too...I've noticed how easy it is to change my neutral or 'not so great' feelings quickly.
If things aren't going super great for you or you wish something in your life was better...then maybe it's time to start paying attention to your moods. And when you catch yourself in a less than happy mood, then make the choice to be happy, no matter what is going on around you! You'll be so happy that you did! (see what I did there? LOL!)
~Love, Cyn & Jay

Yay! thank you ❤️
Thanks for the tag! The first thing I do when I wake up and go to sleep is thank. I often don't have a list or a clear reason to thank for except that I'm beginning/ending a day. As for moods, I'm constantly paying attention to how I feel, the words I say, to whom, what I talk about, what I hear around me... it sounds exhausting and it was at first, but after some practice it just became routine. As we discussed in the event, Attention is everything, hahaha.
Yes! I love it. Saying thank you is the most beautiful thing in the world. It doesn't have to be an actual list. When I started I would just say "thank you" as I got up, brushed my teeth, had breakfast, got ready. I didn't really say what for. Now I do but back then it was just being grateful. I love that you get it. It is exhausting to be constantly paying attention when you're not used to it, i totally agree. But now we're both used to it so it'd probably be exhausting to NOT do it now lol and YES Attention IS everything lol ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your lovely comment. I appreciate you.
It is important to be positive to acknowledge and be grateful for all that we have, but it is also really important to honour our other emotions and allow ourselves to really feel our sadness and our pain xx

YES! as long as we aren't wallowing in that sadness and pain then yes...feel the feelings and then find ways to be happy anyway. Being grateful is one way to pull ourselves up and out of that pain. It takes time, work, and attention to feeling good and being grateful.
and yay! Thank you for curating this and also to @trucklife-family I appreciate the love and support. It truly means so much to me. 🙏❤️🙏❤️

Omg thank you so much! I truly appreciate your love and support!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
I love this! I totally agree with this 100%. I live this! I, a couple of years ago, started doing this. Attitude is everything. Life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to what happens to you. This has been my motto for some time. Probably one of the reasons that made me stronger and feel more confident to leave my ex.
I'm so happy that you do this and that it gave you the confidence to leave. I love you and I know you will #KeepRyzing ❤️
