I have LOADS of lemongrass growing in my Thai garden and we make & drink tea from it most days - often iced. My face is lemongrass with white turmeric and blue butterfly pea, served iced with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Always good to be reminded of the natural medicine that literally grows like grass around my back door.
