Beautiful, @taliakerch ! Yes, I grew up in a cold country, in relative poverty, and since leaving home could never afford to properly heat my house in the winter. (One of the reasons that I now live in Italy!) But I learned in my early 20s that breathing warmed me more than effortful exercise; I never studied why, but it is good to hear your explanations here. :-D Much gratitude to you for sharing this reminder to breathe, as the cooler airs sets in of the evening!
