:ClareFantastic, what a great and informative article, @roxx1508 ! I love oats, as we use them a lot in my Scottish culture - for porridge, biscuits, breads, meat meals... I have a Norwalk food factory which can crush the oats and then press out the last of the 'milk' - I look forward to experimenting, inspired by your article, as I've been drinking more cow's milk than is necessary in recent years (I can only go to one, small, general store without a mask!) - much gratitude to you!
