Pumpkin leaf is a very important vegetable that have saved life from my own personal experience.

Benefits of pumpkin leaf

Is a vegetable that contains different vitamins like:

  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin A
  • Calcium
  • Iron

Pumpkin leaf helps pregnant woman to build vitamin K that will help them during delivery and after delivery.

Pumpkin leaf helps to build red blood cells in the body, It helps to heal wounds.
It also give energy.

Ways to prepare pumpkin leaf.

There are different ways to prepare pumpkin vegetable.

I wash the pumpkin leaf very well with salt and water and squeeze out the green fresh water and add liquid milk and drink it.


I also cook pumpkin vegetables with other vegetables like okra with a medium heat and use it for food.

I love eating pumpkin leaf alot because of the benefits I gain.
