Hello guys..
Today I want to share about how to grow cayenne pepper.
A few days ago, I went to my aunt who was in Rantauprapat, South Labuhan Batu, North Sumatera.
On the occasion that I looked around in the garden of the house my aunt. She has several types of plants, ranging from flowers to herbs that can be consumed such as; coconut, ginger, and cayenne pepper.

I'm impressed with the plant owned information, including cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper is a truly unique offering, usually on the cayenne pepper young, the colors on the cayenne pepper is light green, but on the cayenne pepper is different, the color when the chili was young is purple. Impressed me, because the color is very different in cayenne pepper that I see. Although in the end the cayenne pepper is mature with the color red when we consume.

I'm asking for the seeds of my aunt and I'll try to sow and to plant mini gardens in my house.
My aunt advised that the seeds of the cayenne pepper I can get with picking cayenne pepper red and dried first then washed and planted.
I tried like the below image:

Sow Seeds in Pot

I planted the seeds sowing the cayenne pepper in the pot that I fill with soil and husk fermented with the hope of cayenne pepper can grow well. Then when sowing, the seedlings will I move transplanting into a polybag.

Seeding and gardening cayenne pepper is really very simple, maintenance is very easy. But to be feared at the time the seedlings seed cayenne pepper this already moved planting and mature 1-2b month very at risk of root rot.
We can address the root rot by applying fungicides (chemical) as anti-fungal to plants. However, if do not want to wear the chemical (organic), can make use of tobacco (smoking tobacco).

How to use tobacco as an organic fungicide is to soak the tobacco during the overnight and then water immersion snuff we can spray on growing media. This is very useful so that cayenne pepper is not root rot.

Add Tobacco Water

This is the result seeding cayenner pepper for 1 month. Looks seeds so healthy and enough nutrients from the growing media.
One thing to note, of cayenner pepper plants should also have a growing media that is damp, make sure the soil as a planting media has enough water.

Gardening is one of the hobbies that I do as a stress relieve that will create mood became better as a natural medicine I have to do to make life more fun.

This is very impressive. I didn't know about purple cayenne. It's so interesting. It seems like you are an expert. 🙂

I never knew young Cayenne peppers were purple... and also didn't know about using tobacco as a fungizide. I'll check into it.

Gardening is indeed therapeutic 😊.

My father lesson to me about this trick, its so helpfull :)
You must to try!

Oh wow, I dind't know that about tobacco. I was given some tobacco seeds - it's a very beautiful plant - but I wasn't sure if I'd plant it or not (it's actually illegal here, but they have to catch me first!). Maybe I can grow it as a fungicide!

Those cayenne look gorgeous. I'm a huge fan of chillis of any kind!

They are absolutely beautiful in the purple state. I wonder how they taste when they are purple, perhaps similar to green?
