Yesterday I wrote a blog where I talked about the importance and benefits of waking up early in the morning but even though I spoke highly about the importance of waking up early I am not an avid user of my own advice when it comes to sleep. The reason for this is quite weird as I have a weird Sleeping Routine.
I don't know if anyone can relate to me or not but for me if I sleep at 9 PM today there is little to no chance that I fall asleep the next day before 9 PM and chances are I take another 1 or 2 hours to sleep, and guess what the next day I again get sleep after 10 or 11 PM. The timer just goes on and on and it never stops.
The tough part is that there are times when I can only sleep in the Morning and get Zero sleep at night. Yes, it is quite bad for me considering I have a Job to do so when my Sleep Cycle reaches the point where I have to sleep during the day I try my level best to delay my Sleep that way I push my Sleep Timer towards nighttime and pray the gods that I don't get into an accident while I ride my bike half asleep.
If you are wondering if I tried to make my Sleep Schedule ok then yes I tried a lot of things and sadly nothing worked. I even went to the doctor and after going to him back and forth for quite some time he suggested putting me under Sleeping Pills so that I can force myself into Sleep and create a habit of Sleeping based on a fixed time.
Hard pass for me, too. My sister and a friend fell into the trap of sleeping pill addiction.
