I want to help but I'm not sure if there is some community that are still active about tagalog. But from what I always since before, he can use #pilipinas, #philippines. Although there's no guarantee that many tagalog steemians will still be able to connect with him. If it was last year there many of us but now, I'm not sure how to help him. Sorry..

Post from and in that community FIRST and use any other tags you like. After you've posted in the comunity, click on the ... at the bottom of the new post and click "add to blog" to resteem it to your own blog. BOTH of you should start getting more local PH support. :)
thanks but they're not that active, they're more focus on meet up. Anyway this could be helpful for new steemians. I followed them already but I have no idea they made a community. thanks
