Post from and in that community FIRST and use any other tags you like. After you've posted in the comunity, click on the ... at the bottom of the new post and click "add to blog" to resteem it to your own blog. BOTH of you should start getting more local PH support. :)

    thanks but they're not that active, they're more focus on meet up. Anyway this could be helpful for new steemians. I followed them already but I have no idea they made a community. thanks

    Time for you to get active there and HELP THEM? Invite other PH people to join and post there? That's how communities grow. :)

      maybe yeah.. I think it was made by few people, I'm not too sure. Yeah I will try on building together with them..
