I love reading your post, then see the fruits and veggies. Soil is most important. In my living area, not much good soil, unfortunately. :(

Yes, I think this is a big problem in many regions with intensive/conventional agriculture.. Unfortunately, the soil here is not very good either. I think the most important thing is to build up organic matter!
