Good day, everyone!
I hope and trust that we are all thriving in our daily activities. May I take a moment to ask, how are you, and how is life treating you? You're always welcome to my blog, and I deeply appreciate your presence, kindness, and constant encouragement. I am forever grateful for it all. I still remain @oluthomas, and I’m not planning to change that anytime soon. lol.

We are in Week 119, Round 2 of the Hive Music Festival, and I will be playing a piano cover of “In the Jungle (The Mighty Jungle), The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” What inspired me to play this particular song? Well, I was sitting and thinking about what to present when I heard my neighbor's children singing the song. As I listened closely, I got carried away by their lively performance and began to enjoy it.

While the kids kept singing, I tried to find their key on the keyboard. It wasn’t easy because they weren’t staying in one key, so I decided to stop following them. However, I had already found my presentation idea for the week. I searched for the song online, found it on YouTube, and quickly listened to it. Where I live, power interruptions are frequent, so I knew I had to act fast. I immediately started practicing, and just as I finished recording the presentation, barely five minutes later the power went out.

This song reminds me of an old movie, though I can’t recall most of the characters anymore. What I do remember is that the lion played a prominent role🤣🤪. The movie showcased how the jungle is governed by the strongest and wisest animals. I don’t have much to say about the movie because it’s been so long since I watched it.
