Flying through stormy weather can be quite bumpy and for many very frightening. I've experienced it a few times, and how I wish I wouldn't! Worst one by far was when we were flying from Graz, Austria to Frankfurt, Germany and the turbulences were so severe for about 45 minutes that I've felt quite unease! What got to me and pretty much everyone on board was a strike of lightning! I'll never forget that strong vivid pink glow for a few moments and scared look on my daughter's eyes. Luckily, planes do not suffer from lightning strikes to the point of falling from the sky. So, I can presume everyone on board of the plane I've captured coming out from stormy weather, must have been quite relieved for sure.
Note: Look at both photos from the bottom up, because it starts that way i.e. plane coming out of cloudy weather appearing as it'd be flying upwards.
Both photographs were taken with the same camera, lens and its setting.
All of the photos are mine as are all the words included in the short (almost an) article.
Thanks for stopping by and take care.
