There is one problem with running my blog: my photos very often do not keep up with reality. I'm a versatile photographer, but still more of a reportage photographer (although I'm still called a landscaper in the old-fashioned way). And I actually need to keep up with the events somehow.
There are some subjects that are not tied to time, but there are such as New Year, Christmas, Epiphany, May 9, September 1, etc., which it is generally strange to reflect with photos after a couple of weeks.
And I'm trying to post a more relevant topic as soon as possible so that it doesn't go bad.
People start posting New Year decorations and illuminations on social networks in early to mid-December.
During this time, all these glowing figures manage to annoy everyone.
Well, after the new year, I really don't want to see everything about the holiday.
But if you look at the publications of the federal media, there are still shots with festive decorations and New Year's themes.
This means that I can afford to show all the beauty that adorns Vologda to this day.
And this is despite the fact that the pictures are not old at all, as is often the case with me.
The old ones mean the photos were taken two or three weeks ago.
If I don't skip the daily posts, then my photos don't have time to lose much relevance.
On average, if you see a post, then the pictures are a week and a half old.
Sometimes I'll miss something the next day, like the northern Lights or the full moon.
I have already mentioned the impossibility of publishing online. First of all, I don't take pictures every day. This means that the posts will be published not regulary. Secondly, for some posts I write texts in advance, because it is not always possible to write and prepare a post for publication. Thirdly, it happens that after shooting, I process photos only after a day or two, and this is again a delay and loss of relevance. In general, I have been in this mode for a long time and everything suits me. Posts almost every day with more or less relevant pictures. And if something is very urgent, then it comes out on the same day or extremely the next. It's been a long time since I've posted last year's photos or even old ones, except for certain thematic posts with repetitive plots.
