BTW, for tipping with CTP, do we need to have CTP staked on Hive-Engine or is staking on Listnerds itself ok. And, how much needs to be staked to allow us to tip?

It's tiered, so the minimum is 100 staked CTP and goes up from there. You can give out up to .6 CTP per tip if you have a large stake but guaranteed at least 20 x 0.10 CTP per day with 100 staked.
