I have been a member of Listnerds for a little under two months (and saw this on Listnerds). A lot depends on the habits on Hive that you bring to the platform. If you are consistent in bringing quality in what you bring people's eyes to AND you are consistent in commenting on other people's work and getting to know them that way, you WILL increase your readership and thus increase rewards and Hive Power, in addition to picking up Listnerds rewards.
One thing to consider that is true on Hive but more true on Listnerds: it helps to be organized. It is not a lot of work to learn how to do a good email, but it would help you to go through the guides, notice best practices, and develop a system for getting it done that you do consistently, however often you post. On the free side, depending on the day of the week, you get four or five mails a month. That's it. You might want to pick a day of a week to send mail, and then organize your reading to be able to send that mail to 1,000-1,500 to give it a good chance to be verified.
One thing to consider on Listnerds that is NOT possible on Hive: it is possible to introduce people to material far outside the seven-day window, but there are BIG downvoters who do not like that. So, if you have the free plan, doing 4-5 emails a month, you may want to think about new material mostly, and then introduce older material in that same line a little as a time as you establish readers and voters on Listnerds -- and this makes it IMPERATIVE that you have 1,000-1,500 mail tokens available to get to enough readers CONSISTENTLY to overcome any downvoting. If you upgrade to being able to send mail more times a week, and you have quality older material, thoughtfully work it in. I am at the Enterprise level, able to send two mails a day, and a thoughtful blend of old and new material works well for me, although OCCASIONALLY, downvotes still come.
In conclusion: YES, Listnerds CAN increase your Hive Power by bringing more eyes and readers and voters to your work, and like Hive, there are downvoters and a few technical issues here and there, but if you can learn the platform, organize yourself for success, and put in the work consistently, Listnerds will reward you in many ways!
Thats some good info and tips there! Cheers. !CTP

Thank you ... it is an honor to have your leadership!
Some good insights there, @deeanndmathews, thank you 😍.
So networking is key, and re-cycling old material has to be managed sensitively to avoid downvotes.
Good advice about being organised and managing your time. Nice to have some MAIL numbers to work towards, too.
😍

You're welcome, @shanibeer ... we just don't want people coming in, bumping their heads, and getting discouraged...
That is right 🙂
