Thanks love! I'm not sure I'll do a whole post on this but my 3, in case you're curious, will be:

  • Continuing to study and practise what I'm learning from Irene Lyon on helping the (Autonomic) Nervous System to heal and regulate - as this is one of the driving forces behind almost all chronic conditions (i.e. a dysregulated nervous system)

  • Continuing to read and implement what I'm learning in our new running book Born to Run 2 to help make my feet, legs and the rest of my lower body function better than ever before while increasing my joy while running more than ever before

  • Continue making and drinking green smoothies every day (we are home and not travelling) with a range of dark green leafy veg, some fresh fruit and several tablespoons of omega 3 seeds and nuts to help support our digestive systems and therefore immune systems

Funny you mentioned Irene Lyon as I have been returning to watch some of her youtube videos in the last 3 days! I saw quite a few at the time you told me but then I stopped... not sure why because I really get what she is saying and it made all the sense to me, but I guess we all have our time πŸ€—.

I've been paying more attention the last 2 days to my surroundings and doing the orienting she talks about. The strange thing is when I do that I feel fear πŸ€”πŸ«£ so I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or if it's just a physiological response...

Nevertheless I'm currently focusing on listening more my physiological signs. Not easy!! I'm the kind of person who forgets to eat all day and then get a migraine because I'm really hungry and didn't realize πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈtalking about disregulation right? πŸ˜…πŸ˜… !LOL
