When we pick up a pen or a pencil to scribble images on a paper,we usually have a picture of what we want to represent. Each drawing or art means something to our soul;Could be what we are going through or our daring imagination. It could also be a memory from our past or videos or images we've come across in the course of our living in this world. The image above, came to me through my imagination and even though it's been quite a while since I've done some sketches, I felt alive with each stroke and each line and curves.
THE PROCESS #1
The above ,shows how I started with my sketches . it would interest you to know the meaning of this art which represents survivor. Over the course of two years,I have been through very many losses and pain. I lost so many members of my family, got my heart broken by a cheating boyfriend and had verily no money. I also had to put up with a man who was very much addicted to me thereby causing me pain and stole my freedom and peace of mind. Broken and uncertain,and dancing in depression,I had to solely remind myself of the need to survive and so I picked myself up, stamped my feet on what I wanted and didn't, found the courage to say 'no' and believed in myself. First it was hard,but I'm still surviving.

As you can see, the picture is coming to life and please feel free to use the photos here as freely as you'd like and maybe vote for me if you like it. The woman begins to come to life as I add more features to her image. She's looking back at her past while supporting her shoulder which has obviously gone through so much strain and pain with the other hand. She will not let her pain stop her from moving forward.
