Hello :) I'm an @asmr.tist, Ask Me Anything! :)

in AskMe4 years ago

Hi,

I'm on Steem/Hive for 2 years now... First I started as @elihs in May 2018, but later I also created my ASMR channel, where I post ASMR videos. I love listening and creating ASMR content, in order to help people relax or even fall asleep :)

I find the AMA community interesting :)

So, let's start :)

Sort:

What is your personal favourite sound to fall asleep on?

There are few of them, but I would say rain sounds, whispering (falling asleep immediately), some gentle crinkly sounds and also gentle tapping on items in a way that is similar to the rain drops :)

How did you discover ASMR, and what are your thoughts on what is taking place between the practitioner and the viewer?

I discovered ASMR around 5 years ago... My sister told me that there are some videos on Youtube where you can listen some relaxing and tingly sounds that ASMRtists are creating, and I became addicted :) But there were only few of them, now there are a lot of ASMR content creators and I'm one of them :) The difference it that now as a practitioner my thoughts are directed into how to improve my content, my audio quality, there are a lot of new ideas... As a viewer, while listening your mind is clear from this thoughts... :)) However, now I enjoy listening and I enjoy creating, it makes me happy if I can succeed in making people relaxed, so the pleasure is doubled... :)
Thanks for asking :)
Stay safe and listen ASMR :)

Thanks for joining our AMA community.

My question is do you have a favorite ASMR artist?

Yes, there are few of them, but on the first place for me, it is Maria Gentle Whispering :)

I'll have to check it out 😀

If so, you can also check out ASMR Magic, WhispersRED, Isabel Imagination.. :) They are amazing :)

What is your favorite thing to do for ASMR if that is the proper way to say it 😀

Meaning favorite object, place, etc.,etc.

Yes, it is a great question :)

Well, my favorite trigger to do is whispering in a slow and gentle way, or tapping, or scratching on objects, especially wooden or paper objects. It is the most common, but every ASMRtist makes it in their own way. So the creativity in ASMR has no limits :)

Other than that, one day I would like to make videos in my yard with the nature sounds and the singing of the birds in the background, which is sooo relaxing, but I'll need a much better equipment for that :)
Thanks for your question:)

Have a nice evening :)

I love this answer thank you! :)
Also, again thank you for including me in the ASMR the other day ;-)

You're welcome 😊
