  • Let's start, friends. Today, we use coconuts from our own garden. Let's start by peeling the coconut. I use a machete to help peel the coconut. Then, I take the coconut and remove the meat. I blend it with a smoothie maker. This will make the coconut meat smooth and fine. Then, I squeeze out the coconut milk. When you have the desired amount of coconut milk, measure it according to the recipe. Go to the next step.
  • Place the container on the stove and prepare 1 liter of clean water. Then, turn on the stove to boil water and prepare for steaming. Then, we will prepare the ingredients.
  • Peel the taro, wash it clean, and cut it into small pieces so that the taro will cook faster when steamed. Then, steam it for about 20 minutes.

Use a blender to mix the dessert. Start by pouring in the coconut milk, followed by the cooked taro, sugar, rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, and food coloring. Put the blender in and press blend until all the dessert ingredients are combined.

  • Place the mold in the steamer, then coat the mold with oil all over. Scoop the batter and drop it into the mold. When all the batter is poured into the mold, steam it. Close the lid and use medium heat to steam. Steam for 15-20 minutes.*

When the time is up, open the steamer and then place the dessert on the rack to cool down. While waiting for the dessert to cool down, I walked into the front garden to pick some flowers to decorate the surface of the dessert. I brought small flowers to decorate and make it more beautiful. They were white flowers and green leaves.

When the dessert has completely cooled down, remove it from the mold, which is shaped like various flowers. When used to make dessert, it looks very delicious. The beauty of the mold makes the dessert more delicious. Then it's time to decorate it with the flowers that I collected, along with leaves, to add color and beauty to make it even more delicious. Steamed Taro Dessert. How do you like it, my friends? This menu is now complete with Thai dessert, ready to serve.
