As dusk crept slowly, I paused for a moment from my afternoon jog. In the corner of an old building wall, I saw an Abyssinian cat, one of the oldest short-haired cat breeds. Its soft brown fur contrasted with the color of the wall that had faded over time. Without thinking, I took out my smartphone and prepared to take a picture.

The cat looked comfortable, its body lying relaxed. I took several photos of it, trying to capture natural poses that were so captivating. Every now and then, the cat opened its eyes, looked at me for a moment, but was undisturbed. It was like it knew that this afternoon, it would become a very photogenic impromptu model.

I smiled to myself looking at the photos on my phone screen. Every shot felt so natural, without much effort. The Abyssinian cat really added a magical touch to the already beautiful afternoon atmosphere. There was peace in the way it slept, and it seemed to affect my previously ordinary mood.

After being satisfied with the photos, I continued jogging. Leaving the cat still perched there, calm and undisturbed. There is a warmth left in my heart, a small memory that I will always remember whenever I look at those photos later.
