First, I washed the vegetables, then drained them. Once the water was drained, I prepared the onion, chili, and other spices. I will increase the amount of chili powder a little because if the vegetables are not spicy, they will not taste good. Keep this in mind, but try to add the seasoning according to your taste. If you add too much chili powder, they may not be able to eat it.

Then I ground all the spices and then added the vegetables. In fact, the smell of the vegetables was so good that I can't explain it to you. I have cooked komar shak for a while and I liked it a lot. If you want, you can also cook komar shak very easily in a clay oven. It is very fun to eat. Adding extra salt increases the fun of eating even more. And one thing must be noted, try to increase the amount of dried fruit a little.
