Jackfruit is the national fruit of our country. Also we have a lot of jackfruit trees in most parts of our country now and we know that jackfruit is a very nutritious and delicious fruit. It is preferred by more or less everyone. We also have a few jackfruit trees in our house which produce good jackfruit. Anyway jackfruit seeds were planted in some small polythene pots in our house and seedlings were produced from those seeds. The plants have grown quite well. I liked them very much. Jackfruit tree is a tree that grows very fast and produces fruits in a fairly short period of time.
Anyway my cousin planted these seeds some time ago. Because a few days ago, due to heavy rain, a very big tree of theirs died. Their tree bore many jackfruits. However my cousin had collected some polythene papers some time ago and filled those small papers with soil and planted jackfruit seeds in those trees. I saw these when I was walking in our yard. For these he has made a garden on a small scale between our house and theirs. Every sapling of kathal grew beautifully and grew tall which could be seen from our room.
