Hello everyone I am doing well and hope same for you today I am going to share some pictures with click by me with the help of my smartphone.
Yesterday I went for a walk in the mustard field with my friend, it was a very nice sight, yellow flowers were blooming everywhere, we took many pictures.

It bears full yellow flowers which are located in the upper part of the stem and branches.
The seeds are black or yellow in color depending on the subspecies. Generally it is sown in December and it is harvested in March-April. In India, its cultivation is more in Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Gujarat.
Oil extracted from mustard seeds is used to make a variety of food items and apply to the body.When the flowers bloom, then the whole field is filled with yellow color which looks very attractive to see.the bee takes the juice from the flowers.

Because mustard oil is beneficial for health and it is natural Mustard oil is used in large quantities in Indian cultural activities. It is used as fuel for lighting earthen lamps on festivals like Deepawali.
Used in hair. It is considered extremely beneficial for hair.
Massaging mustard oil in joint pain is very beneficial as a pain reliever.
If you have pain in your teeth, then mix salt in mustard oil and massage the gums lightly. By doing this, the pain of the teeth will go away and the teeth will also become strong.
