Biko is made up of glutinous rice with sugar and coconut milk. The color became violet when my sister put a tiny amount of ube coloring.
She made a pure coconut milk with mascuvado sugar forming a latik. Cooked the rice first before mixing together the ube latik. Top with cheese.
Biko is a kind of Filipino delicacies which is affordable and one of the best. It's so yummy with coffee.
