Long before when I heard about berries, I thought its a kind of a very sweet fruit because all foods made from theses berries are so sweet. When I tasted it, the taste was reverse to what was in my mind.
Well, for a matter of buying fruits during the new years eve display on the table, I included these blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. No one like it but when I made it into a berries juice, they wanted more and more. Adding sugar to the process fruits made it aperfect taste from bitter to a something bitter sweets. I just want to explore about these kind of berries.
