100% of the funds will be given away. Even though it was more costly (around $785 to list each proposal, almost $1,600 in total) the proposals are separated into 2 distinct operations to increase the transparency of the operations and distribution.

100%. For around 5 months we have been personally supporting all the costs of the contests and management teams, this proposal will help subsidize the costs and increase support communication available. Do you think people will care about Hive when you give them free money? We already have such a system, it's called the rewards pool, but people are still leaving, why?
There is a strong barrier to entry for new users; the acquisition of minimal tokens to learn how to use the ecosystem and rewards pool, this is how bandwidth is distributed and protected.
Does it make Hive more valuable to give it away for free or does it make look like a shitcoin?
With strong management systems, giving away small amounts of HIVE should only help to increase disbursement and active users.
