People always ask me why I smile too much and I always tell them my definition. I started this since when I discovered happiness at my early adulthood stage, and up till date it has helped me alot.
have you noticed smiling often makes you look younger?
You need to consciously check it out, look at my pictures, the ones I'm smiling and the ones i smile just little, you will see the big difference.
