The Russian lower place of parliament on Wednesday gave its authoritative and overpowering endorsement to established changes that permit Vladimir Putin to run for president again in 2024, something the present constitution precludes.

The 450-seat State Duma, the lower place of parliament, casted a ballot for the adjustments in a third and last perusing by 383 votes. No one casted a ballot against, however 43 administrators avoided. Twenty-four officials were missing.

Putin, 67, who has ruled the Russian political scene for two decades as either president or head administrator, made the way for the sacred changes a day sooner, showing up in parliament.
