Joe Biden reminds me of rock stars in their 70’s like Ozzy Osbourne and Keith Richards... Minus the fame, the fortune, the platinum albums and the talent... Just a washed up old guy with memory loss. Joe is just about at the Professor Erwin Corey level of incoherence with one difference... the professor was an act.
