It's a nice initiative you've formed and will be a great addition especially to us all in this health profession to share our ideas too.

That's the bad thing about hypertension, it gets to every other system because all of them literally needs blood to survive and hypertension Is basically a cardiovascular problem .

You've done well with this post for real, you outlined the important areas.

The sodium reduction intake and the personal sphygmomanometer is an important aspect in the management.
It is important to note that salts are one of the greatest source of sodium we take, so reducing them helps a lot even for people without hypertension because it's a big risk factor
