RE: Moderation on Web 3

My experience of being excluded from an online Web 2 platform for an innocent mistake certainly was an emotive experience for me. There was nothing nefarious about it and to be fair I did break the rules so fair game.

What happened? I remember you were last working on letseat, then you vanished

This experience was with a particular platform where you were required to only interact through the platform. Typical issue for Web 2, they are looking to protect their IP and as a result put in very restrictive rules. An innocuous sharing of an email address got me removed.

I was lucky as the only impact for me really was that this made me angry. It didn't really have any other impact. I could just go somewhere else, but I can imagine the real impact this type of activity could have one other people who depended on it for their livelihood or network.
